Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is posted to you and there are no shipping charges. Last updated 7 October 2026.

How we deliver

We email your files to the email address you entered in the form. Sending that email counts as delivery.

When you get it

AI Team Blueprint and AI Org Chart: about 5 minutes after your payment is confirmed. If you also bought the 30-Day Setup Calendar, it arrives in a second email straight after.
AI Team Setup Pack and Setup Kit: within 1 hour of payment.
AI Employee of the Month: on the day of each monthly payment, usually within 1 hour.

Sometimes a delivery takes longer, for example if our systems are busy or a report needs a manual check before we send it. In that case it will reach you within 24 hours.

If you have not received it

Check your spam and promotions folders and search for "Omkar Deshpande". If it is not there within 24 hours of paying, email omkard199@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91243 88102 with the email you used to buy. We will send it again at no charge or refund you under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
