Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page says exactly when you get your money back. Last updated 7 October 2026.
The 5-hour promise (AI Team Blueprint)
Every Blueprint shows, on its payroll page, the total hours per week your AI team could hand back. If that total is less than 5 hours a week, you get a full refund. You keep the Blueprint.
To claim it, email us within 7 days of delivery from the email you used to buy. We refund everything you paid on that order, including the 30-Day Setup Calendar if you bought it together.
Other cases where we refund
- We did not deliver your files within 24 hours of your payment, and we could not fix it.
- Your report was clearly written for the wrong business, or has a serious mistake, and we could not put it right after 1 revision.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Setup Pack and Setup Kit
These are digital downloads. If the Setup Pack or Setup Kit is not delivered, or is materially different from what we described, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it or refund you. Because the files cannot be returned, we do not refund these products for a change of mind after they have been delivered.
AI Employee of the Month (₹299 a month)
- You can cancel at any time. Email us before your next payment date and no further payment will be taken.
- A month that has already been delivered is not refunded.
- If a payment is taken after you cancelled, or a month is not delivered, we refund that payment in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email omkard199@gmail.com with the email you used to buy and, if you have it, your Razorpay payment id. You can also WhatsApp +91 91243 88102. We reply within 2 business days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go to the same payment method you used, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. We start every approved refund within 2 business days of approving it.
Cancelling an order
Your files start being made as soon as you pay and arrive within minutes, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If you paid by mistake, email us straight away and we will review it.
Payment taken but no confirmation
If money left your account but you got no confirmation email, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email omkard199@gmail.com. Failed payments that your bank debited are normally reversed by the bank within 5 to 7 working days.
